They gave me a sample of the brisket and 1 rib. Awesome place, meat is a bit peppery so be careful, but the taste is wonderful. Smooth texture in the pallet and meat soft and tender. They do weight out the food and they give you just 2 ribs, maybe because I got 1 early on.

Will be coming back for the meat platters. Had the pulled pork sandwich and an Austin Brisket burger. They were both amazing. Great bread, sauces and very juicy meat. They were done from scratch in about 10'.

Delicious!! Brisket was my favorite! We ordered a family meal and let's just say there are leftovers for a while! Items are well packed, not overly salty (I wasn't waking up in the middle of the night chugging water!) The beans were so good (not overly mushy). Fries were nice and crispy! Will try this place out again!
